Annual closing period
From November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, inclusive. Re-opening on April 1, 2025.
Check-in
Our rooms will be available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. To ensure the best welcome, please inform us of any arrivals outside these hours.
Check-out
In order to welcome new guests in the best conditions, our rooms must be vacated no later than 11:00 AM.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Payment Methods
Cash, credit cards (VISA and Mastercard). Your reservation is guaranteed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total stay.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date: refund of the 30 % deposit
- Cancellation less then the required 30 day time period: Your 30 % deposit will be forfeited
- No shows without prior cancellation: the full rental amount is due
Children
The Villa is not suitable for young children. For safety
reasons, we welcome children over the age of 7.
Minor children are not allowed to stay alone at the Villa without their parents presence.

We regret that we cannot accept your pets.
